A continuous glucose monitor is a powerful tool to listen to your body. But a CGM alone lacks the insights and guidance required to make the changes you need to improve your metabolic health. That’s why we created the Veri Method and membership model.

But what does that look like?  For starters, you don’t have to wear a sensor all the time. This can be costly and isn’t necessary for long-term change. A CGM is a tool you will use - but it’s not the only one. Instead, we’ve built our memberships around Metabolic Health Assessments. These three-month cycles consist of 14-day tracking periods where you wear a CGM and then non-tracking periods where you’ll focus on building lasting habits.

To start, you’ll wear a CGM to learn how your current diet, sleep, exercise, and stress impact your blood sugar. While other apps tend to overwhelm users with data, with Veri, you’ll immediately get insights and guidance to help you make sense of your blood sugar and start making more informed decisions.

Your first and second week end with seeing your Metabolic Healthspan, an evidence-based metric that reveals the state of your metabolic health. This is the starting point you’ll build from. After your first sensor, you’ll continue to use Veri to apply everything you learned with in-app guidance, content, and our community platform.

You’re then free to use the second sensor whenever you choose. Everyone is different, but we recommend spending 2-4 weeks between sensors to focus on building new, healthy patterns in your life.

When using sensors, you build a library of ingredients and foods that are metabolically suitable for you. You can return to the app at any time, even when not using sensors, to draw inspiration from this data for your meals and the recipes you find online.

When you’re ready, you’ll start your next sensor to see the impact of your new habits, and with every new sensor you wear, your Metabolic Healthspan will show your progress. You’ll then continue to learn which foods and lifestyle changes you can make to improve even further. 

We’ll be there every step of the way with insights and guidance based on your new data.  If you want to get more data during this period - no problem! You can order additional sensors at cost at any point during your membership. You can also continue on this 3-month cycle as long as you choose.

How does the Veri membership work?

We offer two methods of payment for all our memberships: monthly installments and the option to pay upfront.

With monthly installments, you can avoid the larger upfront cost and make monthly payments over the course of your membership. Alternatively, if you wish to pay your membership fee in its entirety at checkout, you can secure a lower overall membership cost.

Sensor & App Membership: €297 (€99 per month)

App Only Membership: €89 (€29.66 per month)

With our upfront option, you will be charged the entirety of your three-month membership fee today; you will not receive another invoice until your subscription renews in three months’ time. With our monthly installment option, your total cost will be broken into three monthly payments over the course of your membership period.

All plans renew automatically on a three-month cadence. This means that after three months you can choose to no longer use Veri. You can cancel your plan at any time, but this will only take effect upon the completion of your current membership terms.

Renewal terms: Renews automatically, but future renewals can be canceled or paused at the end of each term.

Our Sensors & App memberships come with the additional benefit of access to sensors at cost. This membership benefit is unique to Veri and gives you the ability to purchase additional sensors within the member portal at any time. However, you do need to have an active subscription to use them.

Unlike other CGM apps, Veri does not require customers to purchase sensors with their membership plan. This is a unique benefit for individuals with access to Freestyle Libre sensors elsewhere.

However, the majority of our customers choose to purchase sensors through Veri. It simplifies the process and helps navigate potential hurdles many users face when trying to access sensors on their own.

Ultimately, Veri is your personal metabolic health coach. Our app guides you to the right foods and habits for your body, but those insights and recommendations are empowered by CGM data. In order to unlock the full value of Veri you will need sensors.

To use Veri, you must have access to the LibreLink app in the same region where you purchased your sensors. If your app store is set to a different region than where you are buying the sensors, it will unfortunately not be compatible. (See where we ship to in our FAQ)

If you are uncertain whether you can get sensors elsewhere, we recommend purchasing through Veri. If you prefer to source the sensors elsewhere, you can opt for our App Only Membership. The Veri app is compatible with Freestyle Libre sensors and you must also have access to LibreLink.

To use Veri, you must have access to the LibreLink app in the same region where you purchased your sensors. If your app store is set to a different region than where you are buying the sensors, it will unfortunately not be compatible.

The United States requires a prescription to purchase CGMs. At Veri, we include this prescription free of charge in your membership and save you potentially hundreds of dollars in the process. In order to obtain the prescription, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire that clarifies your eligibility upon completion of your purchase (see our FAQs for more details).

If you are uncertain whether you can get sensors elsewhere, we recommend purchasing through Veri. If you have a prescription and have access to Libre Link sensors, we recommend opting for our App Only Membership. The Veri app is compatible with Freestyle Libre sensors and you must also have access to LibreLink.

Unlike other apps, we do not require sensors to be purchased directly from us. However, they are needed for both plans.
