Veri has two sensor plans for you to choose from: Intermittent Monitoring or Continuous Monitoring. But which plan is right for you? Here’s the breakdown. 

With Intermittent Monitoring, you’ll receive 4 sensors and 4 months of app access. That’s 1 sensor, or 14 days of tracking, per month. By spending half the month with your sensor and half without, you’ll alternate between learning and practice periods.

You’ll start with learning the right foods and lifestyle for your body with your CGM. Then you’ll take a break from the CGM but continue to eat the foods and practice the habits that worked for you. Each time you put on your new sensor you’ll be able to see the progress you’ve made through your Metabolic Healthspan and then experiment with more changes.

This is a great option for those who are new to CGMs because you have more time to integrate everything you’re learning. It also helps spread out the cost over a longer period of time if you choose to pay in installments. This can be helpful for those who have big improvements to make.

With Continuous Monitoring, you’ll receive 2 sensors and access to the Veri app on a monthly basis. That’s 2 sensors, or 28 days of tracking, per month for as long as you want. You’ll have the same app experience, but you’ll take only a day or two in between sensors.

This option is great for people who want the extra accountability of seeing their blood sugar throughout the month. It also allows you to test more rapidly, so it’s a better option for people who have the basics down and are trying to optimize.

Determining the right plan

Unlike other CGM apps, Veri does not require customers to purchase sensors with their membership plan. This is a unique benefit for individuals with access to Freestyle Libre sensors elsewhere.

However, the majority of our customers choose to purchase sensors through Veri. It simplifies the process and helps navigate potential hurdles many users face when trying to access sensors on their own.

The United States requires a prescription to purchase CGMs. At Veri, we include this prescription free of charge in your membership and save you potentially hundreds of dollars in the process. In order to obtain the prescription, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire that clarifies your eligibility upon completion of your purchase (see our FAQs for more details).

Ultimately, Veri is your personal metabolic health coach. Our app guides you to the right foods and habits for your body, but those insights and recommendations are empowered by CGM data. In order to unlock the full value of Veri you will need sensors.

If you are uncertain whether you can get sensors elsewhere, we recommend purchasing them through Veri. If you have a prescription and have access to Freestyle Libre 1, 2 or 3 sensors, we recommend opting for our App-Only Membership. The Veri app is compatible with Freestyle Libre sensors and you must also have access to LibreLink app.

Unlike other apps, we do not require sensors to be purchased directly from us. However, they are needed for both plans.

Understand if you need sensors

We offer two methods of payment for our intermittent monitoring program: monthly financing and the option to pay upfront.

With monthly financing, you can avoid the larger upfront cost and make monthly payments over the course of your membership. Alternatively, if you wish to pay your membership fee in its entirety at checkout, you can secure a lower overall membership cost for the initial four months.

With our upfront option, you will be charged the entirety of your four-month membership fee today; you will not receive another invoice until your subscription renews in four months' time. With our monthly installment option, your total cost will be broken into four monthly payments over the course of your membership period. After the 4th invoice, you'll automatically be enrolled in a monthly renewing plan that includes 1 sensor.

All plans renew automatically. This means that after your membership commitment ends you can choose to no longer use Veri. You can cancel your plan at any time, but this will only take effect upon the completion of your current membership.

Intermittent Membership duration: four months.

Renewal terms: Renews automatically as a monthly commitment, but future renewals can be canceled or paused at the end of each term.
