Learn the difference between plans

Veri has two plan options equipped with Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM’s). One is a 2 Sensor Pack and the other is a 4 Sensor Pack. But which plan is right for you? Here’s the breakdown.


 2 Sensor Pack
With the 2 Sensor Pack, you’ll receive 2 sensors, with 28 days of tracking. You’ll have the same program experience as with our 4 Sensor Pack plan, but you’ll be able to complete two program stages per month instead of one.  This option is great for people who want the extra accountability of seeing their blood sugar throughout the month or who want to complete the Veri program in a time-efficient manner.
It also allows you to test what works more rapidly, so it’s a better option for people who have the basics down and are trying to optimize their health.

4 Sensor Pack
With the 4 Sensor Pack, you’ll receive 4 sensors upfront to use within 4 months of app access. This gives you the option to spend half of your time with the sensor and half the time without it. This approach lets you take your time as you move through our four-stage program by taking breaks, or what we like to call them, practice periods. 
What that looks like: each month you’ll wear your sensor to complete a program stage to deepen your knowledge of metabolic health and start making personalized discoveries about which foods and lifestyle habits are right for you. Then you’ll take a break from the CGM but continue to eat the foods and practice the habits that worked for you. 

This is a great option for those who are new to CGMs, because you have more time to integrate everything you’re learning at a comfortable pace. 


Understand if you need sensors

Unlike other CGM apps, Veri does not require customers to purchase sensors with their membership plan. This is a unique benefit for individuals with access to Freestyle Libre sensors elsewhere.

However, the majority of our customers choose to purchase sensors through Veri. It simplifies the process and helps navigate potential hurdles many users face when trying to access sensors on their own.

The United States requires a prescription to purchase CGMs. At Veri, we include this prescription free of charge in your membership and save you potentially hundreds of dollars in the process. In order to obtain the prescription, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire that clarifies your eligibility upon completion of your purchase (see our FAQs for more details).

Ultimately, Veri is your personal metabolic health coach. Our app guides you to the right foods and habits for your body, but those insights and recommendations are empowered by CGM data. In order to unlock the full value of Veri you will need sensors.

If you are uncertain whether you can get sensors elsewhere, we recommend purchasing them through Veri. If you have a prescription and have access to Freestyle Libre 1, 2 or 3 sensors, we recommend opting for our App-Only Membership. The Veri app is compatible with Freestyle Libre sensors and you must also have access to LibreLink app.

Who is eligible?

As long as you have a compatible cellular device and are over the age of 18, you can receive a CGM from Veri.

A consultation is required and you must meet certain criteria. In the US, meeting any of the following criteria will make you ineligible to receive Veri sensors:

Currently taking insulin or any injectable diabetic medication

Ever had Glycosylated Hemoglobin (A1C) 6.5% or higher

Ever had fasting glucose result above 126
